PEN THE VISION

Bongeka Mhlongo is the Founder of Pen The Vision and author of Thinking in Full Colour.

She is also Up Time’s Consulting Conversation Manager and a STAR Leadership coach (ICF accredited coach training).

Bongeka considers herself to be a creative and a difference-making Coach, Communications and Change Management Specialist. Her core values have aided her career, which spans over 10 years. She has done this by providing innovative & efficient solutions to clients, which stems from her ability to think in full colour.
