Dr. Donna Murdoch is a faculty member at Columbia University Teachers College in the Adult Learning and Leadership program, where her focus is integrating digital technologies to practice in a number of fields. She is a global learning and talent development leader with 20+ years of experience driving innovative programs that support complex business transformation, academia, change, and digital capacity building programs with impact. In the workplace and in academia, Donna leads the design and execution of strategies that develop a culture of continuous learning and adapting to digital environments, always with a “people first” focus.

She is also a guest lecturer at Stanford University Medical School and University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. She has worked with Workday, Philips, S & P Global, UNICEF, the UN, Apollo Group, and others to shape digital talent, learning, & HR strategy around technology. She also sits on several early-stage advisory boards. Donna earned her master’s degree in Learning Technology Design and her Ed.D. in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University Teachers College.
