Karen Laidlaw works in the Talent, Learning and Culture within HR at HP Inc. to influence leaders at all levels to be both more effective and more authentic. In addition to the various leadership programs she runs, she is the worldwide program lead for Growth Mindset at HP, where she encourages everyone to embrace and strengthen their own growth mindset.

Currently she is working on programs for senior executives as part of succession planning as well as launching a new program for our directors and one for our newly-promoted managers.

With almost 25 years of experience in leadership development and coaching, she is proudly located in Canada.
